We will be opening our doors for Year 7 students in September 2026.
In September 2026, we will be accepting Year 7 students only (ages 11 and 12). We will not be accepting students from other age groups.
The designated area stretches from Crantock in the north, to Blackwater and Porthtowan in the south.

Free transport will provided from the feeder area of Cubert, Goonhavern, Mithian, St Agnes and Blackwater.
You can apply for your child's place from Sept 2025. There is no waiting list. However please do check back to this website to keep informed and for more information.
Yes. We will have open days in the summer term of 2026 so you and your child will be able to come and have a look around.
Perranporth Academy will have 7 designated feeder primary schools. These are Perranporth, St Agnes, Cubert, Mount Hawke, Mithian, Goonhavern and Blackwater.
Parents can apply for a place if they live outside of the catchment area, and if their child attends a primary school which is not a designated feeder primary. Where places are oversubscribed, children who live within the catchment area or who attend a designated feeder primary school will have a higher priority. More information will be available once our Admissions Policy is confirmed.
